Please read and carefully consider our terms of sale: There are absolutely no returns or exchanges. All shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Color and dye lots may vary as per production period. Customer is responsible for verification and notification of delivery conditions, particularly entry pathway dimensions. Any damages or extra delivery charges incurred because of tight or difficult delivery conditions are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer or proxy shall inspect and sign off confirming condition of product upon arrival in the presence of delivery representative. Please consider carefully, signature will indemnify any future claim. Failed delivery attempts will result in additional storage and redelivery charges. A 50% pre-tax, pre-delivery deposit is due at purchase order entry. Balance will be collected once product arrives in the NY Metro area and is ready for fulfillment. Holding of product longer than 2 weeks after arrival will incur storage fee of $50 minimum for every two weeks while in our possession. A replacement for defective fixtures can only be issued once it is brought back to Rico. No returns on defective fixtures will be accepted past 180 days from date of receipt. Product manufacturer and/or Rico reserve the right to repair all furniture and lighting before replacement. Authorizing order serves as acknowledgment of these terms. No conditions, written or verbally stated by the customer or by Rico sales representative, will amend or change the Rico terms of sale.
